These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bk01 platform and all its related services. They form a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bk01. 1 Definitions & Interpretation
The key terms used in these conditions are defined below:
- "Platform" — The bk01 website, mobile version, and all services operated under it.
- "Member" or "User" — Anyone who has registered on bk01 and is using its services.
- "Account" — Each member's own personal account.
- "Bonus" — Promotional rewards granted by bk01 that are available under specific conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on bk01, you must be at least 21 years old. At the time of registration, you must provide truthful information about your actual age and identity. bk01 may request an ID or other relevant documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information may result in account closure and funds being confiscated.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may operate only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person or the same household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account details, password, and login credentials confidential. Sharing or giving account details to anyone else is prohibited. If unauthorized access occurs, you must notify the bk01 support team immediately.
2.4 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information for registration and any transactions. Keeping your account updated when your details change is your responsibility. bk01 will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions on bk01 are currently supported through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. These methods are the most convenient and fastest options for members in Bangladesh.
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳1,000. Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account has sufficient balance and all wagering requirements have been met.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, this timeframe may be longer during verification processes or in unusual circumstances.
3.5 Transaction Security
bk01 secures all financial transactions through SSL encryption. There is no option to deposit or withdraw funds to or from a third-party account — transactions are only processed through the payment method registered in the member's own name.
bk01 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing your total balance to ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Importantly, the wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 worth of bets must be completed before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Conditions
- A bonus offer can only be used once and the same offer does not apply to multiple accounts.
- Placing bets above a certain amount on specific games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- bk01 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
- It is not possible to withdraw a bonus balance before the wagering requirements are met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended.
4.4 VIP Program
bk01 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. bk01 may change the specific terms of VIP benefits at any time.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All betting activity on bk01 is conducted on the basis of fair play. Members can participate in both sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) and casino games. All results are determined through automated and verifiable processes.
5.2 Bet Amounts
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or market and are stated in the description of that game or market. No bet will be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
5.3 Technical Issues
In the event of a server outage, disconnection, or any other technical problem during a game or betting session, bk01 will make a reasonable decision after investigation. In such cases, bk01's decision will be considered final.
5.4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Abusing bonuses or using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
- Using any kind of cheat software or automated bots.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using or accessing another member's account.
- Arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit strategies that harm the platform.
Violations of these rules will result in account suspension or permanent closure.
6 Privacy & Data Protection

7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by bk01
bk01 may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
- Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
- Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate outcomes.
- Being a minor or registration by an ineligible person.
7.2 Closure by the Member
A member may close their account at any time. Before closing, complete all pending transactions and withdraw any available balance. Contact the support team to close your account.

8 Limitation of Liability
bk01 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, bk01 will not bear any liability for the following:

- Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence or use of an insecure password.
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming — this is entirely the member's personal decision.
bk01's total liability for any incident will not exceed the balance in the member's account at that time.
